From my research I think it makes the most sense to do Seminyak --> Fast Boat from Serangan on BlueWater Express Island Hopper --> Lembogan --> Gili T --> Fast Boat to Padang Bai --> Ubud. I stumbled upon the BlueWater Express Island Hopper and can't find much about it but it seems like a good option if we are planning both Lembogan and Gili T.

Nusa Lembongan is much larger. This island has more of a “party” feel then Meno, but still laid back and nowhere near Gili T level. It’s gorgeous, and there’s a nice view of Mount Agung from one side of the island. Even better snorkeling here. The reefs are huge and you can swim with manta rays just off Nusa Penida (not a long boat ride).

I can't believe how uneventful this trip was (considering all the bad reviews i read prior to boarding.) Gili Air to Nusa Penida. 1:30 pm. Checking in was simple. Just showed the reservation, got a lanyard and was told to wait. The small harbour has some seats, plenty of food/drink stalls, and a horribly smelly bathroom.
